Minute Max Movember Challenge: Move for Men’s Health
November marks Men’s Health Awareness Month, and we’re inviting all members to get involved in this year’s Minute Max Movember Challenge – a fun, fitness-focused way to support an important cause.
What’s the Challenge?
It’s simple:
Pick any exercise – from squats and push-ups to burpees or sit-ups – and see how many reps you can complete in one minute. Track your results, aim to beat your personal best each week, and share your progress throughout the month.
Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned gym-goer, this challenge is all about consistency, self-improvement, and raising awareness for men’s health.
