This supportive and welcoming class is ideal for those managing long-term health conditions or returning to exercise under professional guidance. Participants will move through a series of exercise stations targeting cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, flexibility, and balance. Each station can be adapted to suit individual needs and abilities, making this class suitable for a range of medical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, arthritis, and post-rehabilitation.
