Work – Life – Body Balance

Finding the perfect balance can be difficult, statistics show that 31% of UK employees feel they do no have  a good work life balance, with 88% of UK employees having experienced burnout in the last two years – that’s huge!

Group exercise classes are a great way to tick the work life balance box and make activity achievable. Setting time aside and booking ahead are two sure-fire habits to hit your goals. You can go with friends, or make new friends while you’re there; both proven to ensure you sustain that initial momentum and variety stops you getting bored!
