BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories* in a class.
You do not have to have any previous experience in martial arts before attending a class. BODYCOMBAT caters for all ages and abilities. Our instructors show simpler and lower impact options for every move so you can progress at your own pace and get an awesome workout at the same time. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.
For awesome results, we recommend you do BODYCOMBAT 2-3 times per week.
BODYCOMBAT is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.
We don’t recommend BODYCOMBAT during pregnancy. The release of hormones such as oestrogen and relaxin can result in joints being less stable – so the kicks in BODYCOMBAT may aggravate the hip and pelvis.
