Further to the previously reported updates regarding our situation with handling the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we can now confirm that following the Prime Minister’s 5:00pm updates, all of our centres and swimming pools are now closed and will remain closed until further notice.

Whitstable Swimming Pool
The Bay Sports Arena

I have a monthly direct debit membership. What will happen with my membership?
Your membership will be frozen from 21st March until we re-open for a fee of £10.00 a month.

I have a direct debit membership. Do I need to cancel it?
Your membership will automatically be frozen for a fee of £10.00 a month until we re-open. If you do not wish for us to freeze your membership, you can request to cancel by emailing membership@activelifeltd.co.uk.

I have a direct debit membership. Do I need to cancel the direct debit with my bank or building society?
No, you do not need to cancel your direct debit. This is to avoid unnecessary charges being applied to your account. If you wish to cancel please email membership@activelifeltd.co.uk

Why do I have to pay £10.00 to freeze my membership?
This will guarantee the same membership privileges and secure your price-for-life membership rate when you return to your centre. You also receive access to the Les Mills on demand online service. Active Life Ltd is a registered charity, all our profits are invested back into the facilities and services we provide to the communities.  Please help us to help you.

I have an annual membership (3*& 4* Annual pay and play, 3* & 5* paid up front). What will happen with my membership?
Your membership will be extended to compensate for the days/months that the centres are closed.

I have a Swim School membership for my child. What will happen with my place and membership?
All Swim School memberships are frozen automatically for a fee of £5.00. This will guarantee the same membership privileges and your childs slot. If you wish to cancel your childs Swim School membership, please email membership@activelifeltd.co.uk.

Why can’t I access the online booking system?
All online booking accounts are suspended until further notice.

When are you likely to re-open the leisure centres again?
The centres will open following guidance from the government.

How do I access the Les Mills online classes?

I have registered but not received a confirmation email.  What should I do?
Please check you Junk/Spam box. If you still have not received, please email membership@activelifeltd.co.uk and you query will be forwarded to the relevant team.
