Zumba Gold is a fantastic class for those who want to experience a Zumba class but at a slower pace! Perfect for the more mature user, those just getting back into the swing of things or those just starting out. It combines salsa and flamenco which will get you smiling and moving.

Find an enjoyable workout with one of our water based exercises such as Shallow Aqua, Deep Aqua and Lane Swim. These sessions give you an excellent full body conditioning workout, plus help improve total body strength & tone whilst taking the weight off the joints.
